Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Expedited Shipping (where available): 5–10 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, product availability, or supplier processing times.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $4.99 flat rate
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking details so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping may be available for select products. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us for availability and shipping details.
Delays
ZEITOUCH is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
ZEITOUCH is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can review the issue and assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. ZEITOUCH is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
